					<description><![CDATA[Great post, Lee! We spent so much time in business school talking about the power of networking but, like anything, really it&#039;s just about being genuine and honest. I have been amazed in my career at how helpful people are willing to be if you just ask graciously and are respectful of their time and other obligations. For example, when I was looking for a job out of college someone I reached out to couldn&#039;t help me but did offer to review my resume and help me improve it. He made it so much better! Now that I have spent a lot of time reviewing resumes in various roles, I always offer to do that as well.]]></description>
