Hi Lauren!  Once you have made the dough you can roll in it wax paper or if you are going to freeze it I would roll it in plastic wrap first and then wax paper for a decorative look.  Once you are ready to bake the cookies, you can let the dough sit out for 5-10 minutes.  Thank you!]]></description>
